According to the Digital Entertainment Group (DEG,) American consumers spent $1.5 billion on digital copies of TV shows and movies in 2014 – 30% more than in 2013. Digital sales continue to grow but the majority of service providers have not enabled Electronic Sell-Through to capture this revenue due to complexity and cost.
