VUBIQUITY STRENGTHENS SALES LEADERSHIP WITH NEW SVPS DONNA THOMAS, STUDIO SALES AND KRISTOPHER J. BROWN, DIGITAL SALES

LOS ANGELES, CALIF. – July 6, 2016 – VUBIQUITY, the leading global provider of services connecting content owners and video providers to deliver entertainment on any screen, today announced two industry executives have joined its sales leadership team. Donna Thomas was appointed Senior Vice President of Studio Sales and Kristopher J. Brown joined as Senior Vice President of Digital Sales.

As VUBIQUITY’s Senior Vice President of Studio Sales, Thomas oversees VUBIQUITY’s relationships with the leading film and television studios. Thomas brings over 15 years of media sales experience to VUBIQUITY, most recently serving as Vice President of Sales for the Creative Services Division at Technicolor, where she negotiated contracts with top media, telecom and cable companies. Before joining Technicolor, Thomas served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Distribution at Deluxe Entertainment Services. Thomas has been recognized by CableWorld as one of the “Most Powerful Women in Technology” six times, including each of the last three years.

In the role of Senior Vice President of Digital Sales at VUBIQUITY, Brown works with global content owners and digital retailers to propel VUBIQUITY’s fast-growing OTT content services, including licensing, encoding, metadata management, processing, distribution and digital storefront development. A skilled expert in digital distribution, Brown has over 20 years of experience at Disney and Warner Bros., launching new home entertainment technology formats, including Blu-ray, 3D and Electronic Sell-Through (EST). Brown most recently served as Vice President of Sales for Global Digital Accounts at Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, working with major digital retailers to accelerate digital growth for film and television content in over 100 territories.

The announcement follows VUBIQUITY’s recent move to an expansive new headquarters on W. Alameda Avenue in Burbank, California. VUBIQUITY currently manages video services that bring entertainment content to 109 million households in 121 countries in 80 languages.
