Amdocs’ Vubiquity Technology and Services Support A+E Networks® as it Expands Video-On-Demand Entertainment Across Streaming Services and Pay TV Providers

Through this collaboration, Vubiquity’s media supply chain services and MetaVU technology platform will be used to streamline A+E Networks’ content for their portfolio of brands including A&E®, Lifetime®, The History Channel®, LMN®, and FYI®

JERSEY CITY, NJ — December 5, 2023 — – Amdocs (NASDAQ: DOX), a leading provider of software and services to communications and media companies today announced that Amdocs’ Vubiquity has been chosen by A+E Networks®, a global media content company with a portfolio of prestigious brands, to manage their VOD Transport & Content Distribution Services. This collaboration is set to expand the availability of A+E Networks’ content, opening new monetization opportunities for Subscription Video on Demand (SVOD) and Ad-Supported Video on Demand (AVOD).

Through its MetaVU technology platform and media supply chain services, Vubiquity will manage A+E Networks’ content, overseeing the distribution across various Video on Demand (VOD) platforms, including streaming outlets and pay-TV providers. This encompasses channels such as A&E®, Lifetime®, The History Channel®, LMN®, and FYI®. The scope of responsibilities extends beyond just distribution, encompassing compliance, and efficient supply chain management.
