Raman Abrol is Chief Executive Officer, Vubiquity and General Manager, Amdocs Media. Raman and his team are working with major studios, broadcasters, networks and service providers across the world to build and deliver innovative solutions (for both technology and content) that help customers explore, evaluate and enjoy Media in a simplified manner whilst ensuring high quality Content Operations. Prior to joining Amdocs, Raman was SVP & Head of Telecom & Media BU at Tech Mahindra Americas, and before that he was Managing Director for Comverse BSS Business Unit (now Amdocs Optima). Raman started his career with TATA & Lucent Technologies, Bell Labs group.
Raman has an MBA (Finance) from NYU Stern, Masters in Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Tech and BEng (Electronics) from Pune University.

Justin Beaudin

Justin Beaudin is Chief Operating Officer at Vubiquity. He is an accomplished Media Technology and Operations executive with over 17 years in the industry. Starting his career at NBCUniversal, Justin led the creation of their Digital Media Supply Chain across all their domestic and international brands. He was also charged with building out NBC’s latest technology center in Dry Creek, CO. Justin then went on to start his own company, Sigma Media Group, a boutique consulting and custom development firm. With employees across the US, the company supported a variety of clients with their digital transformations, including AMC Networks, Soul Cycle, and Deluxe. Most recently in 2018, Justin joined Deluxe Media as its Chief Operating Officer, where he oversaw global Sales and Operations. Justin was instrumental in turning around the company and leading the sale of Deluxe’s Distribution Division to Platinum Equity in the summer of 2020.
Justin lives in Colorado with his three kids, Matthew, Emma and Amy, but travels frequently to New York and Los Angeles.

Terence’s industry vision and collaborative approach has enabled him to successfully lead his teams to champion the overall product and service offering to our customers. He has been with Amdocs since 2018 and previously worked for successful start-ups and large technology providers. Terence has lived and worked in several countries around the world and brings expertise in leading teams across various functions and geographies. He has led the growth of our content delivery and monetization solutions and is very excited to be the catalyst of change as our business transforms and grows.

Sonia Hunt is Senior Vice President, Worldwide Marketing and Communications at Vubiquity. In this role Sonia is responsible for the overall strategy and delivery of Corporate and Customer marketing-related activities, and Communications and PR for the business. With over 25 years’ experience in the Broadcast and Media sectors, Sonia has a proven track record in designing and implementing marketing strategies to deliver business growth.
Prior to joining Vubiquity, Sonia had a long-standing career at BBC Studioworks, a commercial division of the British Broadcasting Corporation. She was Head of Business Development & Marketing for Digital Media Services where she was responsible for growing the digital archiving and content distribution business to brands such as BBC Worldwide, ITV Studios, All3Media and Endemol Shine. Prior to that she was Head of Post Production for Entertainment Productions, where she was responsible for the commercial and operational management of a high-end post production facility, serving both in-house BBC and Independent productions.

Asaf Finberg

Asaf Finberg is Head of Finance at Vubiquity. In this role, Asaf leads all financial functions, including Commercial, M&A, Finance Operations (billing, royalties, collections and accounting) and Forecasting, Planning and Analysis. Asaf joined Vubiquity from Amdocs where he had a career spanning over the last decade leading different finance units within the organization.
Asaf lives in Philadelphia with his wife and three children. He is a CPA and has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Ben Gurion University in Israel.

He works with the world’s leading media and entertainment companies, including all major and independent Studios, Networks, Cable Networks, Telcos, Media Agencies, Sports Franchises and other global content owners. With a unique combination of both startup and large company experience, Fred handles all stages of the digital content and media supply chain for companies within the media, broadband and telecommunications industries.
Focused on developing digital media production and distribution capabilities, Fred successfully identifies and executes unique strategic and tactical service solutions that cater to the specific needs of each client and their strategic business partners, lowering costs through consolidated workflows throughout the media and entertainment supply chain. Fred brings a specialized expertise in advanced advertising solutions & VOD, OTT, TVE, mobile & IPTV content distribution. He has a proven track record in delivering superior customer service, exceeding expectations in closing large scale deals, and maximizing financial performance.
A dedicated leader with excellent communication skills, Fred provides strategic leadership, as well as establishes and creates long-term goals, strategies, plans, and policies, thereby driving digital technology and product development with clients. He brings an innate ability to build relationships and markets, solve partner needs, and build trust with the world’s largest multinational teams to deliver and achieve sales goals and determine potential opportunities for new business.

Maria is Head of Business and Sales Operations at Vubiquity. In this role, Maria leads all business operations, including goal setting across the organization, to ensure that all aspects from Sales Management to Resource & Budget planning, as well as project prioritization, are running smoothly and achieving key success metrics.
Maria leads a global team of Sales Operations Managers and Data Analysts who facilitate industry research, track growth opportunities, and measure progress across all lines of the business, providing the foundation for the company’s critical business targets.
Having been with Vubiquity for ten years, Maria has served multiple leadership roles in Client Services, Sales and Account Management. Her experience across multiple divisions allows her to leverage a holistic view of the company’s operations to improve strategic planning and uncover solutions for business challenges. With a personable and proactive approach, Maria enjoys engaging with key-stakeholders, offering focus and dedication to support the company’s growth and success plans.
Maria was raised in Germany and eventually moved to London, where she studied and graduated in Film Studies. She is fluent in English, German and French.

Narine Herszage Seferyan is the Head of People at Vubiquity. In this role, Narine supports the most crucial asset of our company: our People. She leads the HR team and oversees human resources, including HR strategic planning, workforce management, employee engagement, talent acquisition, learning and development, total rewards, diversity and inclusion, employee relations, and employment law compliance.
Narine is a human resources leader with over 18 years of in-depth human resources experience in the media entertainment, universal postal, and manufacturing industries. She holds senior professional HR certifications from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) and the HR Certification Institute® (SPHR) and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
Narine joined Vubiquity in 2021 as Human Resources Director for the Americas, from her role of Director of Human Resources, CCO at Globecast, part of Orange. Prior to that, she served as an Executive Board Member and Commercial Development Director at HayPost, National Postal Operator of Armenia.
Narine works from our office in Burbank, California, and lives in Los Angeles with her husband and son.

Eyal Laks is Executive Vice President, Technology and Solutions Delivery at Vubiquity. In his role, Eyal is responsible for Vubiquity Technology Solutions and Architecture, Engineering and Global Delivery. Eyal also serves as CIO at Vubiquity, responsible for all IT and Infrastructure globally. Eyal joined Vubiquity from Amdocs after serving 20+ years in multiple technology leadership roles in the areas of BSS, OSS and Media. His successful work for Telco (Tier 1 & 2) companies, as well as small Media and OSS organizations, positioned him to become an innovator for leading Media and Entertainment companies.
Eyal relocated from Israel to the US in 1999 and currently lives in Atlanta, GA.

An expert in the digital media space, Donna is experienced with all aspects of the content supply chain from creation through distribution. Donna inherently understands that the customer is a company’s most valued asset, and she brings an unrelenting pursuit of customer-driven focus to ensure unrivaled customer experiences.
Donna has been responsible for substantial revenue growth at global brands such as Technicolor, Deluxe, and Discovery Networks. She helps customers with solutions that remedy their pain points while working under increasing budget constraints. Donna exemplifies transparency in her business dealings, along with a highly engaged and personable style, to build trusting and successful relationships with customers.
As Founder and President of the Thomas Angel Foundation, Donna is fulfilling her mission to provide scholarships to women in partnership with Upright Citizens Brigade. 2021 marks the Foundation’s twentieth year, with over $170,000 awarded for scholarships.
Donna, a storyteller at heart, is also a comedian, playwright, and published author.

Jason Keiles is Senior Vice President of Content Strategy and Licensing at Vubiquity. Jason started working in the television industry in the mid-1990s, first in a strategy and M&A role for Twentieth Century Fox and then for Universal. He went on to launch Universal Television’s international production business, taking US formats and localizing them for markets across Europe and Asia.
In 2001, Jason launched Virgin Radio International out of Singapore and spent the next 10 years growing the business across the APAC region before moving back to the US to spear-head the company’s expansion into the Americas and then into Europe.
In 2009, Jason relocated to London with Virgin before heading up International Business Development at ITV Studios and then Getty Images. Immediately prior to joining Vubiquity, he served as CEO of itcher, an AI platform powering entertainment discovery across content categories and platforms.

As Executive Vice President of Sales and Strategic Growth at Vubiquity, Eric leverages his unique perspective in optimizing end-to-end media lifecycles to help studios, broadcasters, and content owners transform their business through platform and media services.
Previously serving as CRO of Ateliere, and GM for West Coast US & Canada at Dalet, Eric brings over two decades of digital media supply chain experience, including a background in file-based QC, as the founder of Digimetrics.
Eric enjoys the challenge of helping find new ways to optimize media processes to bridge the gap between the need for quality viewing experiences and additional content monetization paths. He appreciates that this industry embraces fast-paced changes in content delivery while retaining the joy of entertainment.
In addition to his charity work with World Baseball Outreach, Eric has also worked with numerous industry standards groups, including AMWA, EBU, and SMPTE.

Eyal is Head of Americas Commercial Legal Group, Media and Financial Services at Vubiquity. In this role, he’ll focus on the management of the media legal team and legal strategy. Having joined Amdocs in 2015, Eyal has held various leading legal roles in the APAC and Americas divisions. Prior to Amdocs, Eyal served as a lead commercial counsel in a leading global technology-focused corporation, and as general counsel in multiple hi-tech companies.
Eyal lives in New Jersey with his family and enjoys starting the day with an early morning run. Together with his family, Eyal volunteers in an organization that supports families affected by pediatric cancer.
